How we Work

We offer in-home adult care services personalized to meet the needs of those requiring non-medical care.  Our assisted living and personal care providers deliver in-home extraordinary client service in a flexible and affordable manner.  Quality personal care is provided for seniors as well as those with mental health, cognitive or physical disabilities.

AIL - elderly care wi

Advocates is able to provide short-term service for special events or transitional situations, with a minimum of two hours per visit. Longer term care and supervision may involve daily visits for several years.  Personal care is available right in the client’s home.  Services are tailored to the needs of the individual.

Having a strong support system and being in a familiar, safe environment will help to ease concerns of loved ones.  We are aware that the extended family is as much our client as the person directly receiving services.  Therefore, our service delivery system includes all individuals who wish to become a part of our involvement.

Our initial meeting is with the client and/or family members to discuss the individualized service plan, designed to meet your needs.  The client and/or family have full control of the care plan.  Based on your needs, we strive to select the best caregiver for the situation.  Clients have the opportunity to interview potential caregivers to assure an acceptable level of comfort for you and your family.
